ORDERS: Our "Online Store" allows you to place orders directly from the website. All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars and taxes will be charged if applicable. USA, CND, UK, EU, AUS and NZ orders can be processed.

SHIPPING: We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
We ship via Canada Post Air Oversize for Canadian orders and Light Packet USA for US orders. This keeps our shipping rate starting at only $3.00 in North America. It has been reliable. Contact us for shipping to other countries or to ship with tracking and/or insurance.
-For USA orders of over $50, your package will be shipped Small Packet Air USA and this will include insurance.
-For Canadian orders of over $60, your package will be shipped Expedited Parcel and this will include insurance and tracking.
DELIVERY: USA orders usually arrive within 6-9 business days. Canadian orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. *If you require tracking or faster shipping, PLEASE contact us at time of order.
TERMS: Returns for credit are accepted if product is damaged or if item color is different than expected. Please contact us within 14 days and make sure your item is in good condition.
